Tamara's lab page.

Hello- my name is Tamara Branca and this is a site about my lab, my students, and my research. My e-mail is E-mail address
Dr. Branca obtained a bachelor degree in Physics from the university of Rome “La Sapienza”. In 2006 she obtained a PhD in Biophysics from the same university under the guidance of Dr. Warren Warren. During her PhD in the laboratory of Warren Warren at Princeton University, she explored the use of multiple quantum coherence and long-range dipolar interactions in magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy. In 2006 she moved to Duke University, where she developed novel approaches and methodologies for magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy with hyperpolarized 13C and hyperpolarized gas. In 2012 she joined the Department of Physics and Astronomy as Assistant Professor with a joint appointment in the Biomedical Research Imaging Center.
